Mediation Rates & Fees
Tony provides transparent and competitive rates for professional mediation services, which are set out below.
Tony is also currently offering a 1/3 introductory discount on the quoted rates.
Half-Day Mediation
Aimed at smaller disputes where the parties are ready to engage in the process from the off. Includes Tony's preparation time, a pre-mediation call with each party or their representatives and 4 hours of active mediation.
£750 per party.
Full-Day Mediation
Aimed at the more complex, higher value or multi-party disputes. Includes Tony's preparation, pre-mediation calls with the parties or their representatives and a full day mediation. Whilst the aim would be to limit the mediation to 8 hours there would be no additional cost if the day runs late.
£1,500 per party
Note: Complex multi-party cases and high-value international litigation may be quoted individually based on the volume of documentation and parties involved.
FAQ
What is included in the mediation fee?
The fee covers the mediation session itself, preparation time including calls with the parties and/or their representatives and all Tony's administrative arrangements. All fees quoted are net of VAT.
How are travel expenses handled?
Travel expenses are charged at cost for mediations outside London.
What are the cancellation terms?
There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer. All payment details will be clearly stated on the invoice provided.
